Emulator for non-gaming

Hi everyone,

I have an issue where I need a non-gaming app on an emulator that supports custom GPS locations.

Bascially an app I use requires GPS access to confirm location and I dont want to run it on my phone. I've tried downloading it on BLuestacks, but their own store doesnt have the app and the google store wont let me download it saying "this app doesnt run on your device".

Any idea what to do here? I've heard about Andy Emulator, but all download links are dead/not working.

Apprecciate any help I can get!
