Anyone preorder a jersey through Weverse and get hit with an insanely high duties/customs fee?

I order from Korea all the time and usually get a $20 bill from FedEx here and there for customs. I think the most was $26 and some change. My current bill for the jerseys (ordered 2) is $91.44 and I've reached out for them to explain but get the generic thank you for contacting us, we are experiencing processing delays, blah, blah blah. I did some research and think the bill is wrong so the saga continues. Anyone else in the same boat?
