How to get a protection order served to a person who is evading?
Location: Indiana
A two year protection order against my wife's ex who's been stalking and slandering me online for 13+ years was granted. However he either moved from the address associated with his current battery criminal charge, or is hiding behind his parents at the location in the court filing. He was granted a pretrial diversion for criminal battery charge yesterday, but the address on Indiana's MyCase website still lists the address I filed the protection order at. (Providing a false address seems like a violation of the pretrial diversion.) The sheriff told me his parents said he no longer lives at the address. How can I get this thing served so it's enforceable?
