How do I achieve this look for my nails?

So... I visited japan in 2023 and got a rom&nd Mood Pebble Nail polish (unknowingly) and it was the absolute best nail paint I'd ever used. recently looked it up but I cannot find it anywhere on the internet... (atleast nowhere where they ship to India). Do you have any recs to achieve a similar look?
