Spam blocker prevents texts on t mobile prepaid TCL Flip 4

I bought the phone and prepaid plan to test it out. I used Shortcuts to set up my iPhone to automatically text the flip phone with any texts received on the iPhone. I noticed the only texts I wasn’t receiving were texts that contained the word Chase (my bank), so I tried texting other brand names to the flip like Google and Amazon and those don’t go through either. Currently on hold with a rep from T Mobile to fix the issue. I thought this info would be helpful for someone here. Will update when / if I get the problem fixed.
