Don't know what to do

Scored 96% in class 10th , was good at academics then joined a local institute in my city , didn't take studying seriously in 11th but was motivated at the beginning of class 12th and was doing quite well but then got into a relationship, ( don't judge me ik it was a bad decision 😀🥀) but we both were motivated and serious about jee and our relationship but her parents found out about our relationship and things started going really bad after , we had a lot of fights which obviously affected my mental health and my prep, then we broke up in november after dating for 6 months which was very tough to cope up for me , I started losing interest in jee and went through depression for two months , it was way worse for her too and we had to see each other in school too and then jee 1st attempt came and I fucked up pretty well scored only 60 percentile and then scored only 88% in boards , didn't appear for 2nd attempt and fucked up almost all entrance tests
