Why does the shape japer fit PERFECTLY in a red lotus member???(the red locus is from the LEGEND of korra series)

The red locus members are evil and VERY POWERFUL.

And guess what, the shape japer is ALSO EVIL AND VERY POWERFUL.

In square dancing, the shape japer BLOODBENDS!!

This CAN'T be a chance this had to be on purpose! Is this a fanfic idea???
