Struggling to quit

I would like to quit, iv been watching porn for far too long and I feel like it’s changing my preferences slowly. It’s getting worse and worse, i want to quit before in permanently messed up and I can no longer enjoy being with a future significant other.

Anyone got any advice to help, or even be accountability partners?
