Suspect my mom is on drugs again

I’ll try to keep it short. My mom was in opiates from the time I was a baby (according to family members) until about 5 years ago. She tried to detox herself apparently and it got really ugly. I called 911. She was held against her will. My entire family was extremely angry at me. I was sort of homeless for a period, not because they kicked me out or anything I just didn’t want to live in the house with them anymore. My mom shockingly did get clean pretty much immediately (after facing a consequence for once) and showed me a clean drug test that I never asked for. I talk to my parents as little as possible now.

A couple weeks ago we did a family game night. I don’t like games but I appreciated that my mom was trying to make an effort. Also my disabled sibling lives with my parents so I try to keep a baseline contact for that reason.

Anyway at the game night she seemed very obviously on drugs. Initially was nowhere to be found, then after a while came out and started loudly calling me embarrassing baby nicknames and acting like over the top affectionate which she has never done. Did the same thing to my other brother who came, like wrapped her arms around him and started yelling about her baaaaaaaaaaaby (he’s like 45). She’s never acted remotely like that. She was playing games for a few minutes then started basically passing out at the table. They watch this random baby (2) a lot, my dad asked where the baby was and she didn’t respond. So my dad very loudly and angrily yells “there’s the baby, alone, outside, on the stairs.” My mom didn’t even open her eyes and slurred “mmmm guess I should get her” then just didn’t move a muscle.

Like, do I say something? Just let it be? I was confused about her getting clean so quickly in the first place so I guess it’s expected this would happen.
