Looking for a Partner-in-Crime

I'm fairly new to this game, but I'm enjoying the hell out of it, and I find that it really scratches the itch in my brain to improve efficiency and improve organization. I would like to play with someone that enjoys making things actually look good and doesn't necessarily want to deal with belt and wire spaghetti. If anyone is interested, please let me know! None of my friends are the building type of people lol.
