What happens to Stored resources on transfer?

As in the title, my group only plays once or twice a week and we are not terribly far, but we do have a build-up of resources. My understanding from the post (I have not used the base backup tool before, we built new bases each time) is that just the blueprint is saved. So how do we move resources as we have to dismantle or store vehicles? Is there a way to store and transfer stuff or are we limited to what we can carry and we will have to re gather materials on the new server?
