How do people deal with the amount of information out there?
My first child was born 7 weeks ago. She is healthy and perfect and I love her so much but the post partum depression/anxiety hits so hard when she is crying and I go through all of my checklists of what to do to try and figure out what she needs and nothing works. Now, I know that sometimes babies just need to cry for no reason, but the amount of information in my head that conflicts due to books, tiktoks, quick Google searches, and advice from every woman in my life that has ever had a kid (and some that never had kids) and every nurse and doctor that rotated through my hospital room keeps me up at night wondering if every choice I make is wrong and I am actually completely messing up my daughters growth or missing a que that would help to soothe her. How does anyone actually deal with the amount of conflicting information, studies and opinions out there? I am so tired 😢
