2FA Issues !!

Hello!! I recently got logged out of my Roblox account on my phone and PC, and sadly cant remember the password.. I have 2FA enabled on my account, but the phone I had my auth on doesn't work anymore. I tried making a support ticket on Roblox, but only got an AI response that wasn't useful whatsoever!! Do I just try making multiple tickets? I'm hoping other people here have had the same issue and found a solution.. Thank you!!
