Wireless touchscreen rasp 5

I'm looking for two affordable wireless touchscreen displays to use with a Raspberry Pi 5 and Home Assistant setup (i have an Apple ecosystem).

My idea is:
- one screen for the living room, mainly showing rotating family photos, clock and weather
- another screen for my office, focused on productivity, widgets, reminders, and Home Assistant controls

Requirements:
- wireless or Wi-Fi based
- touchscreen
- reasonably affordable
- compatible with Home Assistant dashboards/kiosk mode

I'm trying to avoid complex cabling or fully wired HDMI touchscreen setups if possible because i want multiple screens over the house.
