A talk about chat resctrictions and bans
Hello summonners,
For the context : I was banned of chatting for more than a year and last month my restriction expired, wich means i was able to chat again. I am low master and i have a tendancy to be a bit toxic on the chat when i can use it.
Because i am someone who want to play the game in peace, i asked the riot games support if it is possible to self mute, or if it possible to restrict me again from the chat for another year or more, because when i'm restricted i'm honor 5 and everything is good.
Guess what guys, THEY REFUSED.
I'm still totally baffled by this. And now, today, is the day i get a 14 days suspension because of me talking too much, in the game below that i played great
Nothing i can do, 14 days suspension because the support refuse to make me self mute. 14 days where i literaly can't play the game. And i have received only 60 days chat resctriction, wich means in 2 months the chat will be available again.
Some people will say "mute all !". I'm in master... i need to the chat some people say important stuff in it.
My point is, we get banned my BOTS for saying words, and the riot staff is becoing increisingly severe to a ridiculous point.
