Is it worth my time?

Federal employee but a term employee. Have been told verbally and in writing multiple times that I would be extended this fall. I tell my supervisor I’m pregnant and the following week tasks are being taken away from me. Week after that I am told I am not being renewed. Very strong performance reviews, never any conversations about performance. Also have history of issues with my previous pregnancy a few years back with documentation.

Is it worth it to try to pursue anything?
