My friend and I (both recent MBA graduates) will be occupying two rooms, and we’re looking for one female flatmate for the third room.

💸 Cost Breakdown:

• Rent for the room: ₹21.5k/month

• Furnishing cost: ~₹1,500/month per person

(Includes refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, etc.)

• Brokerage: ₹10,800 per person (15 days brokerage)

• One-time kitchen setup cost to be equally divided among the 3 flatmates
