Can I configure folder dimensions?

I have a folder that I would like to move apps to the second page so it is smaller when I open. And I can turn to page two when needed to load other apps, is that possible?

Currently it looks like each folder page is 24 apps for me, I'd like to reduce that number.

Any ideas?

Thanks
