Anyone know how to deal with feather filled cushions?

Our couch is deep and the sort of lazy style with a low backrest but larger pillows that bend over it. The cushions are all feather filled. The problem is that they rapidly pack down and make the couch so uncomfortable. They are massive so it’s hard to keep taking them off to the couch to try and fluff up the feathers.

Anyone experience this? Is there a process I’m missing? Or an easy way to fluff them back up?
