Reactive hypoglycemia and wrinkles?

43F, lean (170 cm / 55 kg), active, but recently found to have reactive hypoglycemia.

Labs:
- fasting glucose normal
- HbA1c normal
- HOMA-IR normal
- BUT very high 60 min insulin during OGTT
- glucose dropped to 3.5 mmol/L at 120 min

Other findings:
- low-ish vitamin D
- ferritin 39
- B12 255
- lactose intolerance confirmed
- celiac blood test negative
- thyroid labs normal

Symptoms:
- chin hair growth
- hair loss
- excessive sweating
- bloating
- mild diarrhea sometimes
- sleep problems
- headaches
- fatigue
- dry skin
- worsening psoriasis
- zero libido
- GERD / hiatal hernia

Question:
Has anyone with reactive hypoglycemia noticed that their skin suddenly became more wrinkled / aged-looking despite a very good skincare routine?

I feel like my face changed a lot recently and I’m wondering if this could be more internal (hormones, insulin, inflammation, cortisol, nutrient deficiencies etc.) rather than a skincare issue.
Do You think can it be reversed if I follow a good diet and sport routine?
