song from [KCD2] x Kintsugi Perfumes Commercial

It is extremely urgent to find the full version of the song that was played in the commercial "Kingdom Come: Deliverance II x Kintsugi Perfumes Commercial". I wrote to Kintsugi P.C. themselves, but they said that Warhorse was responsible for the video and only they know this song, but Warhorse themselves don't answer me anywhere! Please help me find this song. btw, I only have the (full?) version of the lyrics.

"Baby don't you run away
Lately i'm not the same
Every picture so grey

I, i am fading in the night
I, i'm a stranger in the light"

P.S.
I have found only one name - LUCIUZ. Supposedly he owns this song. But I can't find the song itself.
