Unit 1 and 2 on AP Test

For those who took the international exam or have taken AP psych before, is there a lot of unit 1 (biological) or unit 2 (cognitive) on the test? These are the two units I struggle with the most.
Also is it important to know very specific causes and symptoms to different disorders like myasthenia gravis?
