HueForge 3MF converted to Snapmaker U1 turns completely black

Hi,

If I download a multicolor HueForge file in 3MF format from MakerWorld and convert it to U1 format using a Chrome extension, I get an entirely black result, although it does have a tower with the project’s colors.

So I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, because it works fine with other files?
