Expedite request completed; no decision made, timed out and cancelled

I had checked API from the USCIS tool and it showed my expedite was “completed” and when I called USCIS helpline to find out what it was they told me that my application was just left open and no action was taken so it timed out and closed out on its own without anyone looking at it.

I am so upset; when I called a couple times beforehand the agents would tell me oh someone has it open or oh it’s being looked at just wait just wait. This is what I get for waiting; my expedites timing out :)
