Fps droped

Since ive got the game ive been playing on 120 fps with no issue at all. But since yesterday ive not gotten above 30 at all and on average my fps is 17-20. Ive tried lowering my graphics and so on but it made no change what so ever. Im getting smacked around by everyone as it feels like im playing on a slide show and even in the hanger right now im sitting at a tropical 19 fps.. does anyone know why this is happening?

(This isn't happening on any other game ive played today or yesterday just warthunder)
