What do you guys use for creating pay stubs/income docs for freelance work?

Lately I’ve been doing more freelance, remote work and realized how annoying it is when landlords, banks, or even some platforms ask for proof of income. Since most of my payments come from different sources, I wanted something simple and professional-looking instead of manually editing templates every time.

I found theypaystubs while searching around and it actually made the process pretty straightforward. Mostly curious though, what are other freelancers or self-employed people here using for this kind of stuff? Do you generate your own documents, use accounting software, or just send bank statements/invoices?
