Lower dose of estrogen

I went to a higher estrogen dosage and felt so good in every way. I could keep up with my job, my house, stay organized, the brain fog was gone, I even started working out again because I had energy. But I was bleeding about 75% of the time. It would stop for a few days and start back up for weeks again.
So obviously my doctor took the dosage down and now I’m back in hell. I can barely pull myself off the couch and everything is falling apart almost immediately.
I feel totally hopeless again.
Any ideas at all?
I take progesterone at night as well and DHEA every day.
