Loving Narwal Flow 2!

Review / Experience

So this is my first robot mop/vacuum (kind of). I decided to buy the Matic robot vac a few weeks prior but realized it is probably better for carpet than tile. I had a Roomba before but didn't use it as much and decided to use a Tineco mop/vacuum instead for the first floor, which is mostly tile.

First of all, the Matic is absolutely great although it takes a long time. I ran the Roomba then ran the Matic afterwards and Matic picked up so much more. Then I got the Flow 2. I ran the Flow 2 after running the Matic in mop/vacuum mode and it got the tile floors really clean. Better than me using the Tineco and better than the Matic.

So the Matic will be upstairs doing mostly carpet, Flow 2 is downstairs where most of our tile is at. It is quiet, so much so that sometimes I have to check the map to see where it is at in the house. It has only got hung up once, where the edge of a kitchen mat was up a little and started to pick up the entire mat. I rescued it but it seemed like it would've figured it out if I hadn't.

Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase especially as a dog owner whose dog acts like it is her mission to track dirt inside.
