Intel CPU issue since new season?

Has there been a problem with Intel processors in the game since the new season update?

In the game it shows that I have 144 FPS, but it really doesn't feel like that, the game doesn't work smoothly and there are drops in FPS, I noticed that this happened since the new season update.

Is there a solution to this? Does this happen to you on your Intel processors too?

I tried turning off hyper threading

I tried turning off e cores

I tried turning off threaded optimization

It helps a little but it's still noticeable.

intel i9 13900k

Geforce rtx 4090

32 GB RAM
