I have high hopes that silk and silver becomes the best dlc/update ever

DLC

As seen in the recent 1.19 Paradox team have done an amazing job at nerfing the op-ness of stewardship, made education traits actually valuable and nerfed the men at arms size stacking cultural traditions. In total they have nerfed nearly all features that were too op in my opinion except one. Playing tall is ridiculously overpowered, does anyone know a reason why a random city in the isles of scotland is able to produce the same amount of revenue of a whole kingdom of Poland? yes me neither, and it makes the game kinda boring as, A you pretty much always go for city keepers+industrious tradition combo, B you have literally nowhere to spend the money.
With the silk and silver dlc I hope these problems will be gone as in order to supply such megapolis you would need a huge supply chain which will most likely not exist (I also hope for a heavy nerf for windmills/ watermills, same as all mma boosting buildings got). So if you dont have the resources to supply your economy you dont need to construct new buildings as they will be useless so you have to wait for your neighbours to develop, so that they could produce more goods for you and only than you would be able to start developing. so I hope that silk and silver would slow down the development progress, and i hope for some ways to spend money in the late game, cause whats the point of money if you cant spend it.
