Waking up since moving

I have been diagnosed with insomnia for as long as I can remember, and have been on the same medication for the longest time as we knew it works well for me. There’s been times I’ve stopped taking it or had the dose adjusted up or down when needed, and it’s always worked for me. However, in March I moved to a new apartment. Since moving I haven’t slept the entire night one singular time. I wake up every couple of hours, never sleeping for longer than 3 consecutive hours. Most commonly waking up every 1-2 hours. I’ve tried upping my trazodone dose but it’s still happening within the same increments of time. I haven’t had any other life changes or med changes. I follow the same routine every night as well, and I’m very set into the routine. I take my meds at the same time each night alongside a meal as well and use my cpap every single night. I cannot think of what is causing this issue and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and was able to fix it or if it went away on its own after awhile
