NTU USPS vs NUS Merit Scholarship

To start off, I am incredibly incredibly grateful and lucky to have gotten both of these offers, and im aware this is a happy problem!

For context, I’m being offered NTU PPGA (but am considering switching to NTU PPE) and NUS PPE

the NTU USP prog is more exclusive, brings waayyyyyyy more opportunities such as travel opportunities, closer mentorship w profs, and a closer community, (as well as seemingly better welfare)

the NUS scholarship covers only funding with none of these opportunities (as far as i’m aware), but NUS PPE ranks higher, has seemingly better-established curriculum, and i personally prefer their campus and vibe more

Has anyone been in similar situations and how did the decision making process go for you?
