Extremely worried — my flight is on May 15 and I still haven’t received my UK visa decision

I’m honestly feeling extremely anxious right now.

I recently re-applied for my UK visa after being refused the first time. I attended my biometrics appointment on 24/04, and today is already 12/05 — which means it has been 11 working days.

I know UKVI says decisions can take up to 15 working days, but seeing many people receive their results earlier is making me really nervous about my application.

Has anyone here received a successful visa decision after 11–15 working days, especially after a re-application following a refusal?

I would really appreciate hearing your experiences because the waiting is mentally exhausting.
