Searching for a title

I can't remember the name of this book but basically, this girl I think gets married off into this family. She discovers 2 kids living away from everyone. She sees kids while everyone else sees monsters (dragons)

There is a scene where the little was flying at some point and distant relatives were coming to visit for a meeting and shoot at him.
