Would things have changed if Kubo had more time to write Bleach?

Im not very knowledgeable in stuff but I've gathered that Bleach was a weekly manga that was put out. This plus the entire vision possibly not being fully there.

So if it wasn't a weekly manga, would the story have less plot holes but take another path or different plot holes but same story path?

This was inspired by the post asking about bleach plot holes so had to ask.
