Am I crazy

Sooo a year ago I broke up with my ex but just now she texted saying she likes me again and I agreed to date her again but I dunno if that was he right move especially since she dated my friend the cheated on her with me and I've moved so we can't see face to face and I have to hide it from my friends since they wouldn't like it

Idk what to do but I feel like the worst friend ever am I dunno any advice for something like this
