Want to try something new Cold Brew or Pour over?

Have been thinking of using a new method of brewing for my coffee and not able to decide should i go the cold brew route or the pour over route. Need your help guys.

I am strong believer in the south Indian filter coffee setup as i used to like my coffee with milk but i want a bit of variety and i do enjoy a good cup of black coffee. Have already extensively used a moka pot and french press in the past but always liked my filter coffee method more.

I like a really strong cup of coffee with bold taste. For my filter coffe i am using fraction 9 dark roast and i really like it actually.

So please suggest me which way would be better to try first cold brew or pour over also equipment and coffee powder suggestions would be highly appreciated.
