Concentrix or TDCX?

Mid April, I initially applied to TDCX (project fruit) tech support, offer is around 33k to 36k, passed all interviews and assessments but got stuck with the WFH validation. They informed me they wanted to proceed with other applicants.

Then I applied to Concentrix last week. Pioneering financial insurance account. Around 26k offer. I’m already scheduled for PEME tomorrow afternoon.

TDCX might start on May 14 or 18 morning/mid-shift, while Concentrix starts on May 18 if all goes well night shift.

I am a 100% confused with which one to proceed with. TDCX will absolutely help me out with my urgent financial obligations and the Concentrix site I chose is a bit far from where I live, and after a couple of years in the BPO industry I would love to get a day shift job. Thing is, I have so much bias right now, partly sunk cost fallacy where I have invested a lot to Concentrix now and a pioneering doesn’t sound so bad, especially when I want to be trainer again.

Both might start on the same date so idk where to settle. I just want a stable, good paying job, that I can stay in when I get into ETEEAP and even after that. I literally can’t pick one right now 🥲

P.S. Newfold also made an offer but its a night shift sales account and I can’t go back to sales for now especially when the package is around 23k, its sadly not enough for my obligations 🥲
