Looking for Guides and others

Is there any discord servers or websites with in depth explanations on how to create a revival? I'd not like to skid off of source code or use AI. I just want to make my own from scratch is all.

I'm looking into making a 2014 private server for me and my friends to mess around in.

Yes I already know PHP, TS, JS, etc, and a decent chunk of C++ if needed
