BTN mississippi in PLO5?

At the casino I play a lot of the regulars in the PLO5 game put a BTN mississippi on where the action starts UTG, skips BTN if there has been no raise and goes to the blinds and then BTN has ultimate action. Is this just very +EV in PLO5 if you have a skill edge on the field? Essentially making the game play far far bigger.
