Confusion with needing specific Reddit help on my ios phone

Last night I tried to fix a problem bc my counter stopped working. When I went to change my password, I got a message re: network server ban or something yet I’m still allowed to post. I’m amazed at how little help the mods offer, won’t address my actual issue, post my concerns & keep sending me automatic bot replies. Yes, Ive done everything humanly possible to fix this on my own but no luck.
