Why I returned my MacBook neo

I've been using MacBook products for over a decade.

I bought the Neo thinking it would suffice as a simple backup computer to run basic internet use.

But I was wrong...

Loading chrome took at least 30". Opening multiple tabs made it even slower. And multiple programs (like chrome, photos, and calendar) would cause it to freeze.

Maybe I just had a bad one.

I love the idea of an affordable apple product. But for me it the product performance was less than what I paid for.
