Marvel May Have Finally Built Its Darkest Avengers Team Yet
Marvel’s upcoming Avengers: Doomsday is reportedly building one of the wildest Avengers rosters the MCU has ever seen.
Instead of the classic Iron Man and Steve Rogers era, this team feels way more unstable and unpredictable. You’ve got Sam Wilson leading without super soldier powers, Thor still acting as the powerhouse, Loki now understanding timelines better than almost anyone, Shang-Chi possibly holding multiversal secrets through the Ten Rings, and Ant-Man becoming surprisingly important because of Quantum Realm knowledge.
What makes this lineup interesting is that it doesn’t feel emotionally united at all. It feels like a group of heroes forced together during a collapsing multiverse crisis against Doctor Doom.
Honestly, if Marvel handles the emotional tension correctly, this could become the MCU’s darkest Avengers movie since Endgame.
