Adding a Text Box to DeltaV Operate Run

Hello Everyone,

I'm working on a graphical page on DeltaV where the operators can go on it and select certain equipment and put them out of service. Is it possible to add a text box next to each equipment or one big text box where they can leave notes to the next operator on why certain equipment are out of service?
