Dog poop disposer

Looking for recommendations for a great trail or security camera to catch the Neighboor that is tossing their dog poop into my garden. This is a fenced in back yard in a city neighborhood. So there is no way the dog is getting in my yard. And the poop is always in the same corner, so it’s one of three neighbors but I have never caught anyone in the act, but when I go to weed the garden I come across the poop. And it’s too big to be a cat. Please help with camera recommendations. Thanks!!
