Avacado Toast with Chili Oil Eggs

Had a month long relationship end yesterday. We were super into each other, with similar interests, and shared many laughs. Yeah, I know it was only a month, but I liked the guy a lot and was attached to him. I made him aware I was anxious and communicated my anxieties really well. I made an effort to do things the "right way" and not hold things in.

The guy suddenly became super busy with his passion (pro-gaming) and became inconsistent with communication. We only saw each other 3 times IRL total because of his schedule. I tried to be understanding, but he would go for hours of not responding because of having "bad games" and would apologize all the time. Whenever he felt down, he would withdraw and not respond till he felt better.

I expressed my feelings clearly, and even told him how to make me feel better. Like a quick message before going MIA. He apologized but continued to just disappear for hours. I finally sent a message that was harsher than usual, and then he decided that it wouldn't work. "Things can't be like this when it get's rough" He said, but I literally tried so many times to he mature about it. He still wants to be friends, though I'm not talking to him ATM.

I'm not sure if I need to be more patient or if we were simply incompatible. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Healthy Communication Didn't Work For me
