Repayment schedule from MOHELA

Hey all, maybe someone can help me here. I'm 83/120 payments; been on the SAVE forbearance since 2024. I recently put in a request to switch from SAVE to PAYE. It was denied because I didn't fill out the paperwork correctly (couldn't do it online because the computer is incorrectly recognizing a loan that was distributed in 2008 as me having an open balance prior to Oct 2007). Anywho, got a notice from MOHELA that my forbearance is ending and payments will restart under "Income driven repayment". The payments are quite a bit less than they would be under PAYE and I would make 11 payments on that before needing to do recertification. My question is, do I believe this? Should I ride out the next 11 payments at the reduced level then try to switch to IBR, knowing that it would be 15% instead of the 10% on PAYE. Or not believe that I will really have 11 months of $100 payments and keep trying to switch to PAYE with the 10% payment since that will pretty much get me to 120 with 12 months of buyback if I can. I'm worried that there's something incorrect about the $100/month payments and it's going to get jacked up and then I'll be SOL for applying to PAYE.
