My heart beats so strong that my whole body shakes

Main Symptoms
body shaking
Feels like the whole body shakes with each heartbeat not only feeling my wife can also notice that my body is shaking with every beat
Persistent and distressing
Strong awareness of heartbeat
Can feel heartbeat throughout the body
Especially noticeable at rest and during attempts to sleep
Hearing heartbeat in head
noise in head when lying down or trying to sleep
Sometimes hears/feels blood flow or “blood pushing through vessels” in the brain/head
Sleep disturbance
Symptoms become worse or more noticeable while trying to sleep
Difficulty relaxing because of heartbeat awareness and shaking sensation
Medical History
Previously diagnosed anxiety disorder
Diagnosed a few months ago
Anxiety symptoms are now significantly improved
Current concern is that physical symptoms persist despite anxiety improvement
