Help with Nvidia kernel latency

I was having Bluetooth and mouse stuttering and latencymon says it’s a Nvidia kernel driver problem is there a fix for this? It’s really annoying and this laptop is brand new so I’m not sure if it’s something I’m doing I have two monitors plugged in.
