From teachers day celebration to routine lessons , every teacher has a meaningful impact on each student's life. They are known to lift and motivate a student, so that they may achieve their full potential. That's how important a teacher is especially in education. Teaching is a journey similar to growing plants, it's not easy instead it's rather hard, long and requires a lot of patience. It comes with a lot of experience. Similarly education serves as the soil and teacher as the nurturer of the sown seeds. The amount put into the care and guidance helps them grow into wonderful upcoming future stars.

But at the same time we have seen or heard reports , cases and incidents wherein teachers are seen mistreating, discriminating, having poor teaching methods and abusing( physically and mentally) the students. Nowadays thankfully due to the access of social media a lot of these individuals are being exposed and we get the advantage to be aware. And later call out these same actions. So many students have given up on their confidence and dreams because of teachers who instead of helping them reach their potential, put them down.Thats why selecting qualified and dedicated teachers is an important matter, it's not something to be treated as a way to find fill some checkboxes rather a crucial role itself. And only empathetic teachers can place themselves in others shoes but at the same time discipline is needed , just not cruelty that overthrows consciousness and law., Having a good relationship with teachers and students not only promotes self esteem but boosts their performance in academics as well.
